A viagem começa

In less than a month (assuming my visa comes through), I will be heading to Brazil for the next 4-5 months as a USAID Research and Innovation Fellow to conduct biological research in the Amazon rainforest! The next few weeks of preparations will be busy, as I am also writing up as much of my M.S. thesis as I can before I leave, but stay tuned for pictures and more updates coming soon as...a viagem começa---the journey begins.
